Prayer is vital to our spiritual well-being and an integral part of Salem's life together. It is a way to listen and converse with the Author and Creator of Life. We understand there is great power in prayer, and believe when two or three are gathered in Christ's name, He is in our midst.

We encourage people to drop by the church at any time in the week to pray in the Sanctuary, and the Pastor is often available to pray with you.

Prayer Calendar - Each Fall a prayer calendar is available to all. Every individual/family has a day of prayer devoted just for them, along with the schools, organizations and civic in the community.

Evening Prayer - Frequently during the year, time is set aside for members and friends of Salem to gather together for prayer. Evening prayer is every Wednesday during the season of Lent. In addition, we hold times for community prayer when catastrophic events unfold, such as the persecution of Christians in Pakistan, bombings in Belgium, or massacres in South Sudan.
